“Treating you with Love and Excellence!”
Just as oddly as the Hawaiian ancestral art name sounds, is how this practice arrived to my life. I would say that I didn’t discovered it, I didn’t know anything about it, I just simply started receiving inspiration of words I would recite from the very bottom of my heart, in my most difficult times.
In moments of crisis and despair I found myself giving thanks with all my love, enjoying an immeasurable peace, inexplicable… thank you, thank you, thank you…
With time I realized that when I gave thanks, things would drastically change in my favor!
That’s how the word “Ho’oponopono” captured my attention and I started to practice it and study it profoundly.
Ho’oponopono is an ancestral art from Hawaii that drives towards a road where the best and perfect things will come to meet us.
It's about taking responsibility for everything, absolutely EVERYTHING that happens in our lives, for instance the day to day, when I hear about other people's issues, I automatically recite a sweet prayer to God, I'm sorry, forgive me for what's within me that causes my neighbors, friends and family to have so many issues, and just like that I unite myself out of love with them, and possibly discovering the same memories that ignite me, and when I say thank you, I am manifesting that the best and perfect will become evident.
I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, and thank you, are the words that made this Hawaiian art popular, as they cleanse those memories that live in our unconsciousness, which cause our negative experiences.
Even though we don't like them, we tell those experiences I love you, thank you, which is an attitude of surrender and trust that everything is perfect, even if we don't understand it... Now, in the practice of Ho'oponopono, are we limited to practice it only using those phrases?
Of course not! Wouldn't such a great God continue to inspire us indefinitely and individually in a special way?
I'm sure you've already had your own phrases for a long time. I can help you discover them so you can practice Ho'oponopono from the gift of your own inspiration!
I'll see you in therapy! Thank you! I love you!
