Family Constellations were elaborated by Bert Hellinger over 30 years ago, and they are based in a systemic vision of the family, or of your place of employment for example. According to family constellations, the traumas and unresolved issues in past generations, your parents, grandparents, great grandparents, continue to inconsistently influence to this day and can be the origin of the actual issue or problem.

In the individual session, where it’s the facilitator and the consultant, you work one subject or issue, or if you are experiencing an uncomfortable repetitive pattern in your family, all with the objective of identifying and letting go of the origin or root cause of the issue.

It is also helpful for challenges that do not seem to be family related at first glance, for instance health, finances, negative emotions, and others.

This therapy is different than others because it is quicker. In a single constellation of one hour, things come to light and the true root cause of the issue presented by the consultant is identified, unlike other therapies that can take years.

The work of constellations proposed by Bert Hellinger, to restore the orders of love, develops important movements of solutions, offering a final image of support and strength, allowing for love to flow again, giving the consultant a feeling of peace, wellness and relief, and also benefiting the system involved in the issue, whether is family, work, school or others.
